When you submit a contact or consultation form, Sapio Legal receives the name, contact details, preferred date where provided, selected practice area, and message you enter. Netlify processes the form submission as the website hosting provider.

How the information is used

The firm uses submitted information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess the likely scope of a matter, check for potential conflicts, and communicate about a requested consultation. Submitting information does not itself create a lawyer-client relationship.

What not to send

Do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or time-critical material through a website form. Wait until the firm confirms how documents should be provided.

You may contact the firm to ask about deletion, although a valid legal or record-keeping reason may affect what can be removed.

Security and transmission

No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Use the form for an initial outline, not original documents, passwords, financial credentials, or information whose disclosure could cause immediate harm. The firm can provide an appropriate channel after reviewing the enquiry.
